Reach CareCard Support from the Messages page.

Use Messages to reach CareCard Support. What you send goes to the support team.

To start, select New (the + icon), pick a Topic (General or Technical Support), then Create Conversation.

Tags

Create tag categories and values, assign them to students on the Users page, and find tagged students by searching.
